Questions we hear every week
How long does an Odoo implementation take?
A standard rollout for a small or mid-sized company takes 6 to 12 weeks. Multi-company groups with manufacturing, integrations or several countries usually take 3 to 6 months. You get a firm timeline at the end of the discovery phase.
How much does Odoo cost in the UAE?
There are two parts: the Odoo Enterprise licence, paid to Odoo per user, and implementation services. Our fixed-price packages start at AED 38,000; a mid-sized scope is usually estimated at AED 80,000–250,000. Odoo Community has no licence fee but fewer features — we help you decide which edition fits.
Community or Enterprise — which do we need?
Community is free and open source and works well for straightforward sales, purchasing and inventory. Enterprise adds full accounting, the barcode and mobile apps, Studio, payroll and Odoo's upgrade service. For VAT-registered companies we usually recommend Enterprise, and we show you the difference on your own processes before you commit.
Where will our data be hosted?
You can choose Odoo Online, Odoo.sh or a private server. If your data needs to stay inside the UAE — common for government suppliers and regulated industries — we deploy in UAE cloud regions or on your own servers and manage backups and monitoring for you.
Can Odoo handle UAE VAT and Corporate Tax?
Yes. Odoo ships with a UAE localisation that includes the chart of accounts, VAT taxes and the VAT return report. We extend it with bilingual tax invoices, reverse-charge and designated-zone scenarios, and the reporting your tax agent needs for Corporate Tax filings.
We already use Odoo with another partner. Can you take over?
Yes. We start with an audit of your database and custom code, fix critical issues first and then move you onto a regular AMC.
Do you work outside Dubai?
Our office is in Business Bay and we work on-site across all seven Emirates. We also cover Saudi Arabia, Oman, Qatar, Bahrain and Kuwait, combining on-site workshops with remote delivery.
